The ICC on Saturday said it was disappointing that irate Bangladesh fans hurled stones at the West Indies team bus after the Caribbean side thrashed the hosts but ruled out shifting any of the remaining World Cup matches from Dhaka.

The West Indies' team bus's window panes were shattered by angry Bangladeshi fans' stones after Darren Sammy's men humiliated the local favourites by nine wickets while chasing a paltry 59.

Upset fans also attacked Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan's house breaking one window.

"Of course, it was disappointing. We would not like to see all this. I was told it was a minor incident. My understanding of the incident is that a few irate fans threw pebbles at the bus and they were pebbles. The police who were present at that moment have made certain arrests," Lorgat told reporters here.
