The Bengal-Delhi Ranj match ended in a draw at the Eden Gardens in Kolkata. Bengal took three points after taking a slender first innings lead of 5 runs.
Batting first after losing the toss, Delhi were rescued to 392 thanks to a superb 163 from RajatBhatia. Bengal in reply did slightly better with a total of 397 for 9 declared. ManojTiwary followed up his century against the West Indies with a stroke-filled 187 with 24 fours to help Bengal get the lead. For Delhi, left arm pacer PradeepSangwan took five wickets.
Delhi finished the match at 186 for 3 in 57 overs in their second innings with PuneetBisht (57), Skipper MithunManhas (52*) and YogeshNagar (50*) scoring fifties.
