India vs England(Ind v Eng) 2011 T20 Preview, Prediction: India and England square off in the only 20-over game at Kolkata today at 6.30 pm.

After the 5-match one-day series, India and England square off in the only 20-over game at Kolkata today at 6.30 pm. After India's comprehensive 5-0 ODI series win over the Poms, Dhoni's team will be looking to entirely deflate England's confidence by winning this encounter as well.

The Indian squad--save Gautam Gambhir, Abhimanyu Mithun and Parthiv Patel--remains largely unchanged. These three have been replaced by Robin Uthappa and the big-hitting Yusuf Pathan, who are both likely to be included in the playing eleven.

India: India have a couple of new faces for the Twenty20 in the big-hitting Robin Uthappa and Yusuf Pathan. Both of these players' omissions from limited-overs squads has been a more or less constant grouse with fans and the fact that they are in the squad will please them. Both are expected to form a part of the starting eleven and it will be on them that most of the focus is, to see if they grab the opportunity.

England: England will be led by Graeme Swann in this one-off match, and it will be interesting to see his approach to captaincy. Everything about him suggests he will be an attacking captain, not averse to wit and banter, and he might just infuse England with the energy they have been lacking all tour. England want to go back with at least one win on tour.

Prediction: Swann himself has been strangely ineffective on pitches that ought to have suited him, and none of the others have looked capable of containing the Indian batsmen. India lose this match.
