England fast bowler Jofra Archer, who recently underwent an elbow operation to deal with a long-standing problem, has said that he will not be rushing back to cricket. Archer stated that he wants to focus on being properly fit for the T20 World Cup as well as the Ashes towards the end of the year. The 26-year-old had his elbow surgery on May 21 and will now undergo a rehabilitation program to try and regain full fitness. Archer made a failed attempt at a comeback representing the Sussex 2nd XI and then the main Sussex team. His fitness though was found out.
